OUR MISSION
The Kent County Black Caucus was established in 1984 as an advocate for African Americans that live in Kent County. Our non-partisan initiative seeks to hold businesses, organizations and elected officials accountable to authentically recognize and assist in our need for quality services and improved quality of life for generations to come.
